We were re-inspired and re-united in the city where it all began. And we’ve brought the same great fitness regime that has won fans around the world right here at Abu Dhabi Country Club.
Our programs are conducted in 4 air-conditioned studios – one of which accommodates up to 50 people comfortably.

is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model, instructors strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
is a cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Professional instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class.
is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music.
is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Mat based workout focusing on postural alignment and improving core strength. This will benefit all your other workouts.
Physical postures designed to purify the body and provide physical strength and stamina.
Training stations set up around the studio using free weights and plyometric aerobic moves. A fusion of Body Attack & Body Pump blended together with motivational music to give you the very best of both worlds.
Freestyle aerobic with fun. Whole body moves to target the fat burning zone. Finished off with resistance work to keep you in shape.
A.B.S (Abs. Ball. Sculpt.):
A non-impact total body conditioning workout. Incorporating with Swiss ball.
A great combination to a studio or gym workout. 30 minutes of intense abdominal work guaranteed to make your muscles burn.
All parts of the body are involved in the dance.
Butt, Legs & Tummy workout.
An enjoyable and intensive 60 minutes workout that combines Latin dance and aerobics. This is a full body workout with special attention to tummy, hips and thighs.
The Zumba program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class with an exhilarating and effective fitness system
A simple slow lengthening of the major muscle groups. Back, Chest, Shoulders, Legs including the neck, wrists, fingers, ankles & toes.
Functional Exercise Training
Functional Exercise Training has its origins in rehabilitation, and uses exercises that mimic what patients do at home or work in order to return to their level or jobs offer injury or surgery.
So if the patient’s job requires regular heavy lifting, training will be targeted towards heavy lifting. For parents with young children, training will be targeted towards moderate lifting and endurance, etc.
Functional Training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at the core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Exercises are designed to allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injury.
Functional Training leads to better muscular balance and joint stability, possibly decreasing the number of injuries sustained in the case of an incident during sports, at work or at home.
